While waking-up through a roll from a knockdown attack, do not perform any action. Once an attack has been received, any move can be performed faster than intended.
While in the falling state, switch to a secondary weapon and immediately start charging a focus attack. Once the focus attack is seen, cancel it by holding the Jump key, followed by an Air Jump, repeat.
