Debuff effects include:

Controlling effects include:
- Stun
- In this state, players are unable to control their character.
- Silence
- In this state, players are unable to use their Skill and Ultimate.
- Grapple Silence
- In this state, players are unable to use their Grapples.
- Ultimate Silence
- In this state, players are unable to use their Ultimate.
- Freeze
- In this state, players are unable to control their characters and are immune to knockbacks.
- When the affected player receives too much damage, the Freeze state ends.
- Slow
- In this state, players get their energy drained, making it impossible to sprint or dodge.
- Sleep
- In this state, players are unable to control their character. Upon taking a hit that staggers, the effect ends, but the stagger effect from the attack still applies.
Positive effects include:
- Stealth
- In this state, you cannot be grapple locked and are cannot be targeted by certain effects such as Viper Ning's ultimates.
- This effect can be acquired by crouching in a Bush.
- Invisibility
- Invincibility Frames (I-Frames)
- In this state, the character is considered "invincible": its hurtbox dissapears for light attacks and some Focus Attacks.
- Damage over Time effects still apply.
¶ Remains
The Remains state is acquired when a player's reaches 0 remaining Health.
In this state:
- The player's inventory can be looted by other players.
- If there's at least one alive ally in the team, the player can be rescued.
- The Remains spawns with

- The Remains's health is set to 0 if there are no other alive allies.
- Once the health of the Remains reaches 0, the player goes into the Spirit state (if they have any available resurrections) or the Death state.
The Spirit state is acquired when a player’s Remains reaches 0 HP or if the player releases his Remains state.
In this state:
- You are not visible by alive players, but spirits can see each other.
- Alive player can still here your footsteps.
- If you own a revive chance, you can find a Soul Altar and use it to revive.
- Your movement speed is drastically increased in this state.
