A star skin is a variant of a regular Extreme (or Legendary) skin that can be modified depending a set of random values contained in Star Constellations.
To obtain an Extreme Star skin, one must open treasures and obtain an Extreme skin.
Each time an Extreme skin is obtained, there's chance to obtain a Star skin.
The chance increases depending on how many Extreme skins were obtained:

The extreme count is not shared inbetween treasures.
To obtain a Legendary Star skin, one must open treasures and obtain a Legendary skin.
Each time a Legendary skin is obtained, there's chance to obtain a Star skin.

The legendary count is not shared inbetween treasures.
Star-Constellations are unique features of Star Outfits.
Each Constellation represents an attribute that can be randomly changed.
After revealing a Constellation, you can use Restyle Pills to start Restyle and change the Constellation.
Each Star-Constellation has several variations represented by numbers and categorized into different qualities based on the rarity randomized during Restyles.
The number 0 represents the initial state ofthe Constellation, which is considered Common quality.
If you are not satisfied with the Restyle results, you can continue to Restyle or use Reset Pills to restore the outfit to the previous Restyle result or restore it completely to its initial state.
When you first obtain a Star-Collection, all Constellations are in a sealed state; tap "Reveal" in the Restyle page to immediately reveal 1 or more Constellations.
For most outfits, the number of Constellations that can be revealed and their respective odds for the first reveal are as follows:

In subsequent Restyle, there is also a chance to reveal the remaining sealed Constellations.
The odds for revealing each Constellation during Restyling can be found in their tooltip descriptions.
Revealed Constellations cannot be sealed again through resets or other operations.
Restyling with locked Constellations requires additional Restyle Pills.
