Morus' blessing appears randomly from the first zone to the fourth zone
While the first and second zone, two morus will appear at the same time on the map, they will give you at least purple stuff (1 purple armor, 1 purle weapon, 1 blue armor, 1 blue weapon,souljades, rebirth charm and consumables )
From the third zone it will be only one morus which give you legendary stuff ( 1 legendary armor, 1 legendary weapon, 1 legendary souljade and consumables )
